Located in the heart of Hauts-de-France, in the municipalities of Dunkerque and Gravelines (59), NEOMAT brings together two global experts: XTC New Energy, pioneer in materials for electric vehicle batteries, and ORANO, leader in nuclear fuel cycle. As an Administrative and Financial Manager (H/F), you arrive in a context of construction and ramping up of the factory. Your role is central: you must build and lead the entire finance function.
Main missions
Reporting to the General Manager, you take full responsibility for the administrative and financial function. A true "Business Partner", you structure all the financial, accounting and management control processes to support the construction and ramp-up of our factory.
1. Financial and accounting structuring:
Ensure the production, analysis and reliability of the company’s financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, annexes).
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting and financial data.
Manage the continuous optimization of accounting and closing processes, in line with local standards and those of the group.
Coordinate and supervise audit engagements (internal and external), in response to local requirements and those of the parent company.
2. Management of the Budget and Costs
Manage the entire budget management process: lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure the rigorous monitoring of budget execution, analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
Set up and supervise the cost control of the subsidiary.
3. Performance Analysis and Decision Support
Organize and carry out the operational and financial performance analyses of the company.
Conduct in-depth financial studies, modelling (business cases) and risk assessments to inform the strategic decisions of the Directorate.
Prepare and present the management analysis reports intended for local management and the group.
4. Process and Regulation
Develop and implement the company’s financial management framework.
Ensure the drafting, updating and application of financial procedures, ensuring their compliance with French legislation and parent company policies.
5. Current Financial Management
Supervise the daily financial operations (treasury, taxation, banking relations).
Take charge of any other mission within the financial scope necessary for the proper functioning of the company.
Your profile
Training:
Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Management Control (Master’s degree, Business School, DSCG or equivalent)
Experience:
You have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar financial function, ideally acquired in an industrial, international or construction phase environment.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of French accounting (French GAAP) and ideally in IFRS standards.
Advanced mastery of management control, financial modeling and performance analysis.
Excellent command of computer tools (ERP, advanced Excel).
Personal quality:
Rigor, reliability, analytical and synthesis mindset.
You are proactive, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and able to adapt to a rapidly developing environment.
